Large Groups (20 or More)
Please complete our Invoice Request Form to reserve your seats. We’ll send an invoice based on your group’s confirmed attendance.
Note that groups smaller than 20 cannot be invoiced.
Small Groups (Fewer Than 20)
Please call or visit the CCA box office to purchase your seats. The box office is open Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and can be reached at 207.581.ARTS (2787).

Your Reservation
Your seats are guaranteed based on the number of attendees submitted in your registration form or purchased through the box office.
Seating will be assigned in the order reservations are received.
For groups of 20 or more, a final seating confirmation and invoice will be sent no later than three weeks before the performance.
All invoices must be paid by the performance date.
Changes to Your Group Size
For groups of 20 or more, you may update your attendance numbers up to three weeks before the performance by:
- Editing your registration form
- Contacting our box office at (207) 581-ARTS (2787) or ccatix@maine.edu
Your invoice will reflect the most current attendance number on file at the time of invoicing.
Attendance numbers are final three weeks before the performance and cannot be adjusted after that date.
If Your Group Size Changes After the Deadline
If fewer people attend than reserved, we are unable to provide refunds for unused seats.
If you bring more attendees than reserved, additional seating is not guaranteed. If seating is available, it may not be located with the rest of your group, and the additional seats will be added to your invoice.
Arrival & Transportation
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before showtime so we can get your group seated comfortably before the performance begins.
