The information we collect will be used to maintain compliance with applicable laws and as otherwise provided in this privacy policy.

We use your IP address to administer this website, and help diagnose any problems with our server. We also use your IP address to help identify you, and to gather broad demographic information about you. This broad demographic information is used to tailor our website to the interests of our users, and may be provided, on an aggregate basis to sponsors or advertisers.

To better understand the needs of our website users, we also may sometimes request demographic information directly from you. Entry of such information is optional and if you choose not to enter such information, you still can successfully use the applications. If you provide demographic information, we will not share that information about you as an individual with any other entity. If we do share demographic information with third parties, we will give them aggregate information only.

From time to time we send special announcements and notifications of events, contest offers, additions to the season and other information that might be of interest to you. You have the option of indicating your interest preferences (chamber music, dance, comedy, etc.). We use that information to suggest performances you may be interested in so we can mail and email you relevant information. You may choose not to submit this information. You may also tailor your preferences to identify how you would like us to communicate with you.

Any e-mails sent to you by the CCA offer you the option to be removed from the e-mail mailing list and will clearly indicate who the e-mail is from.

COOKIES/ANALYTICS
We use cookies to improve your online experience. Cookies are small pieces of information that a website transfers to your computer for record-keeping purposes. Cookies in and of themselves do not personally identify users. They are sent back only to the website that deposited them when a visitor returns to that site, allowing users to navigate our website without having to re-enter information. Cookies can tell us how and when pages in a website are visited and by how many people. The information collected is in an aggregate, non-identifiable form.

We may also automatically receive and store certain other types of information, such as the type of web browser you use or the pages you link to from the CCA website. This allows the site to easily keep track of information specific to you. Depending on your computer, cookies may be saved to your hard drive, or may only last until you close your browser.

The CCA uses Google Analytics to track information, such as user counts, bounce rates, landing pages, and pages visited. User IP addresses are made anonymous before being stored in Google Analytics. If you wish not to be tracked by Google Analytics, you can download a browser add-on through Google here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
The CCA may engage reputable third-party vendors in order to help us manage our website and allow us to better serve our visitors and customers. These may include third-party vendors engaged to analyze, for marketing purposes, the information collected on our website.

The CCA website may contain links to other websites. Once you leave the CCA website, this privacy policy will not apply to such third-party websites.

CREDIT CARD/PAYMENT INFORMATION
If you purchase tickets, the CCA will collect certain information such as your credit card number and billing address to process that payment.  Your credit card information will be used only to process your payment through a secure, encrypted third-party partner. The CCA is fully PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant. Your credit card information is automatically stored on your account. Only the final four digits of the credit card number, the expiration date, and the CVV code are visible to our employees.
