Important! Before you buy…

General Notice

The Collins Center Box Office is the only authorized ticket seller for the Collins Center for the Arts, Bangor Symphony Orchestra, and the University of Maine School of Performing Arts. We urge you to be certain that you are purchasing tickets directly from the Collins Center for the Arts. When you buy tickets on our site, we ensure you’ll receive the lowest prices, the best customer service, and the most current information.

Ticket Policy

Each ticket purchased is a revocable license to attend a specific performance. By your ticket purchase, you agree not to re-sell any ticket purchased from the CCA for more than face value. Account holders who violate this policy may be subject to the revocation of their tickets. In its sole discretion, the Collins Center for the Arts reserves the right to revoke tickets purchased with the intent for resale. We reserve the right to change the ticket delivery method to Will Call at any time. Ticket holders may be required to produce a government-issued photo ID matching the name on their tickets and/or the credit card used to purchase the tickets

Third-Party Resellers

The Collins Center is not affiliated with nor authorizes the sale of tickets through any secondary ticket websites, third-party resellers, or ticket brokers. When purchasing through resellers, you may pay more than face value, your tickets may not be valid, and we cannot guarantee entry into the event. Often tickets on third-party websites are listed for sale even though they do not actually have the tickets to sell. Resellers that claim to have tickets before they go on sale do not have real tickets in hand. Sometimes resellers may act as brokers and purchase tickets on your behalf using your contact information. Please read the fine print if you purchase tickets on a third-party site.

Website Policy

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

    • Attempt to impersonate another user or person.
    • Use a buying agent or purchasing agent/broker to make purchases on this Site.
    • Use the Site without written authorization as part of any effort to compete with us or use the Site and/or Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.

Best Purchase Practices

Ways you can ensure you are purchasing from the correct site:

    • Bookmark our official website, https://www.collinscenterforthearts.com/
    • Sign up for our email newsletters
    • If tickets are unavailable, contact the Box Office instead of searching a third-party site.

Our official website will always contain the following information:

    • A local phone number with a 207 area code.
    • The official logos for UMaine and the Collins Center for the Arts.  (For reference, please see those logos at the top of this web page.)

Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Refunds on tickets are only permitted for a canceled or postponed event.

Thank you to our ticket sponsor! Next time you dine at Novio’s, please thank them for supporting the arts!
