• Braised Beef Short Rib with Demi-Glace and Fried Leeks
• Honey Mustard Salmon with Fried Leeks
• Brown Butter Seared Cauliflower “Steak” (vegan) with Sage and Pine Nuts
All entrées come with Caramelized Shallot Mashed Potato, Roasted Rosemary Carrots and Tiramisu for dessert!
